Unsure of question..: I am not sure of what surgery you had. If you show too much gum you should perhaps consult with your dentist. If you do not have one I would seek one online who has very good reviews. At times gums can be re-contoured in some way. Perhaps the lip can be moved as well by an oral surgeon or plastic surgeon. Some options do exist; however, the dentists/doctors need to see what is going on.
