How much time will someone live with non working kidneys?

About a week: With no kidney function at all (0%) usually 3 days to 2weeks. This sometimes is allowed to occur if a patient stops dialysis due to some other medical issue (such as terminal cancer). Otherwise patients are maintained on dialysis and can live indefinitely with adequate dialysis treatments even with 0% kidney function. Sometimes kidneys stop working temporarily and can recover.
