Challenging: Lower back pain can be due to numerous problems, including disc ruptures, facet arthropathies, and strain, amongst many. Often imaging studies fail to clearly find the "pain generator". Recommend a visit to a physiatrist, start physical therapy, do gentle exercises, perhaps in swimming pool, consider modifying your medication. This will require a shift but will be helpful.
