Until you no longer: have a sleep deficit, if that's the problem. Most of us need 7-8 hrs of sleep/night. If ur overscheduled & feeling unrested when u awaken, ur not getting enough. Always a good idea to also check w/ ur provider to make sure u don't have any vitamin/mineral deficiencies ur not aware of. Search "sleep hygiene" on the internet for good sleep habits. Sweet dreams!
