Pouches: You may have dependent edema (angioedema), a benign condition where fluid pools under the eyes at night. Or you may have prolapsed orbital fat, which often occurs with age-- this is benign as well, but if cosmetically bothersome to you, this can be fixed with surgery. Make an appointment with your local ophthalmologist to have this checked.
