It helps for me!: I can tell you that in my case at the age of 54, whenever I have noticed dark sunken eyes as a result of lack of sleep then, either a little cat nap or just ditching in the back room for a good 8 to 10 hours with the world turned off does my eyes a lot of good! Try it... You'll SEE! Of course, perhaps a better question is "why aren't you getting enough sleep?"
