Not much: Call and ask that question to the doctor you are scheduled to see, and also ask to get an earlier appointment. If he\she cannot accommodate you consider seeing an Oral Surgeon. Most doctors can see someone the same day for an emergency if necessary.

Sugarfree hard candy: Go get some sugar free sour/bitter hard candy. Suck on that and it will cause you to salivate and might push out the stone.
