See a surgeon: The reason to remove the gallbladder is most often pain associated with gallstones, which usually occurs after meals, also known as biliary colic or chronic cholecystitis, causing pain and nausea. Untreated, this will not resolve and is also associated with other risks, such as pancreatitis. If you are having this problem, go and see a surgeon for removal. This is often done laparoscopically

More info: There are many causes of abdo pain. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect it? Could be a bile duct stone. How long has it been there? U have surgery? Since before ? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Could be unrelated to surgery. See a doctor for exam and studies.
