Possibly in your --: sleep, you could have twisted it or just a lot of bending at home or work, which one does but doesn't think of it. Or the pain could be from your kidneys, spine etc. Try some of the NSAIDs, rest it, use a heating pad and see if these help over the next 3 days. However, if no improvement or symptoms are getting worse, see your PCP.
