See a doctor: Need to have an evaluation. There is a lot of good medications out that can lower your uric acid levels. Sometimes, diet isn't enough. you could be an "under remover" . The more attacks you have the more damaged the joints can get. See your primary care physician.

Gout: medications like prednisone ( steroid) and colchicine will help to resolve acute gout. Has to be treated with allopurinol if it is recurrent.
