What are the ingredients in focalin (dexmethylphenidate) and crystal meth the same?

They aren't: they are distant cousins in terms of their effects, but are completely different in their chemistry. Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) is a variant of methylphenidate, which is very different from methamphetamine in terms of safety, side effects and tolerability.
