Yes.: Stay consistent with an effective Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) dose. Drink coffee in limited quantities. Both are stimulants. If it feels like too much, then it is -- so reduce one or the other (probably best to just switch to decaf). If you have no symptoms, there should be no problem.
