Depends: People with known HIV infection for many years may develop what is called lymphocytic infiltration of the parotid glands. It is not known exactly why, whether from the virus or from the medications. But if you are not infected and at low risk of infection, swollen cheeks are not something to worry about re: HIV. I'd be glad to answer in follow-up you need more info.
