First diagnose cause: Then appropriate treament, if necessary can be undertaken. Suggest uc a urologist, or at least your primary care physician. Need to know if it is celluitis from inflammation & infection, or edema (from lymphatic fluid retention or obstruction or a vein thrombosis etc.
