A member asked:

Are all fruits a complex carbohydrate? can you share some sources?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Glycemic index.: That to which you infer is the glycemic index, which is an indicator of the simplicity of a carbohydrate source. Bananas have a high GI, and behave more like a simple sugar. Apples, blueberries, cranberries and strawberries have a low GI, behaving more like complex carbohydrates.
