Would stay away from: It. Firstly, in the us (unlike germany, where there is regulation) herbal products are not required to meet any quality control, and you do not know what you are getting. Secondly, I have treated more than a half dozen people who used kratom to try to get off other opiates, and ended up unable to get off kratom. In high doses, has stimulant effects which can be dangerous as well.
