Lumps under the jaw bone will be a cancer?

Not necessarily so: Lymph glands are located very prominently under the jaw in the neck, and fight infections of the upper respiratory system. Swollen lymph glands are usually a result of an acute infectious process, not cancer. Visit your doctor. Only he/she can determine the difference, and decide if further testing of the lymph glands are necessary.

Not always...: There are many structures that live underneath the jaw including lymph nodes that can become enlarged with recent infection, etc...A thorough history and physical exam by your primary care provider as well as some simple lab tests may be needed to further evaluate this problem.
