Sebaceous cyst: It sounds like a sebaceous cyst. This happens when the glands that produce oil on your skin do not drain properly and creates a small pocket. It can be expressed out with out pain. You will need to watch it in case it gets infected, then it will turn red and can hurt. This is not a serious condition. Should discuss with your physician at next visit and have examined just to make sure.

See PCP ; a surgeon!: That drainage could be a inflamed lymph node from an infection or something more serious. Sweat gland infection is also possible the drainage should be cultured; a limited exploration is required, w/tissue sent for pathology analysis. Screening serologies should be obtained along with cbc, urine ; usual chemistry tests. Although you are young, i would get a mammogram and a chest x-ray to be safe!
