Lots of options: I don't understand the question mark but if you are constipated use this stepwise approach: stop when you get results. Start: add fibre to your diet: fresh fruit and whole grain (4-5 servings/d) + an extra 1-2 liters of water. Then you can add otc anti constipation like docusate. Then otc suppository like bisacodyl. Then see your doctor. Use only recommended dosages of any medications.
