What can you do to treat hard stool without constipation?

Hard pelletized stoo: Is only caused by not drinking enough fluids and those fluids should be caffeine free/alcohol free fluids. You need 80-100 oz per day, more if you exercise, fly in planes, or take meds that contribute to constipation. Hard stool is constipation.
