I am a 24 year old. i have normal 28 day cycles that last for a max of 5 days.enlarged and tilted to the left uterus and imbalance of hormones.causes?

What worries you?: I'd like to tell you everything sounds okay, but i don't understand what you are worried about. If your cycles are regular 28 days/5 days you do not have a sex hormone "imbalance." what hormones do you think are imbalanced? A tilted uterus is never ever abnormal. You don't say "how" enlarged: this can be normal too, or maybe due to fibroids or adenomyosis.
