Dont make assumption: While I would need more information to understand what may be causing your symptoms, I'm pretty sure your "excruciating" pelvic pain is not from a hormonal imbalance and may represent something very serious. Severe abdominal and pelvic pain is best evaluated in the Emergency Room and sooner rather than later. While it could be related to the implanon there are also many other possibilities. go now
