The hysterectomy: will help your bleeding issues. It should help some of the pain problems that you are having. Keeping the ovaries will keep your hormones at a relatively consistent level. The American College of OB/GYN recommends ovarian preservation for women under 60 who have no family/personal history of ovarian cancer/cysts or breast cancer. Having acne is a problem that won' be relieved with surgery.
