X-Ray better: Hormone levels will be low if the ovaries are missing or non-functioning. An x-ray (ct, ultrasound, mri) will tell if the organs are missing.

Hormones can be normal in the absence of many of these structures but are commonly checked when a girl has not had menses by 15.
