Not likely: The only physical exam that will be done will be what you consent to and would not need to include the vagina. I am sorry to here about the circumstances with your manager. I would encourage you to seek medical evaluation and to contact law enforcement.

Exam: You mean that you are a sexual assault victim without vaginal penetration. Most physicians will use a "rape kit" to check for dna from mouth, vagina, rectum etc: some police departments require this be done by a forensic physician.
