See answer: "bulky" kidney is not a common or usual term used to describe the appearance of the kidney on an imaging (ultrasound, ct, etc) study or report. If there is no mention of a renal mass, hydronephrosis, or other pathology, it likely refers to the size, shape, or contour of your kidney and probably just represents a normal anatomical variation of no clinical significance. Ask your md for clarification.
