Clinical significanc: This is a judgement call by your doctor or team of doctors. It means that after all of the tests, they aren't able to find anything concerning enough to take further action. "First do no harm" is the oath that Doctors swear by at the beginning of their careers. You definitely wouldn't want to have your kidney taken out just because it's bigger than normal. You might need it later on!!

Not sure: We don't normally describe the kidneys as "bulky" or not bulky. It could simply mean that one kidney is larger than the other in which case in and of itself is clinically insignificant or if one kidney is "bulky" in a part of it then that raises the possibility of a tumor or if the calyceal system is enlarged then there maybe obstruction. ASK YOUR DOCTOR!
