Seek medical care: With your longstanding irregular periods, a long conversation with your primary care provider is in order. He/ she will give you an exam and possibly order some lab tests. There are prescriptions to help encourage your body to be "regular". You might want to consider having a trusted family member accompany you to the appointment.
