Not necessarily: The symptoms of ear fullness and tragus pain are not typical allergy symptoms. Typical allergy symptoms would be nasal drainage, congestion, scratchy throat, postnasal drip, itchy, red, watery eyes. Ear fullness may be caused by an ear infection or raised pressure in the eustacian tube connecting the nose with the middle ear, which sometimes can be caused by allergies but not necessarily.

Hi there. I have been having some significant issues with a sense of motion sickness. I have allergies, and I think they were especially bad for the past few weeks. I have often been having a feeling of pressure in my ears and a sort of crunchy sound behind them when I swallow. The most acute issue lately is that I am getting motion sick really easily during my online video chats for work, or with family and friends. This wasn't a problem earlier this summer. Motion sickness issues?
Can you have an allergy without the typical runny nose? Nose full - sinuses feel full -same for ears - even eyes feel weird. Any suggestions?
