Doubtful: With no loss of consciousness, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness or dizziness, a concussion is unlikely. Some residual headache or tenderness is not unusual. As long as there are no other symptoms, you are ok.

ER stat: Any injury to the head needs to be taken seriously and this is the wrong forum to address these kind of injuries. Best advice is to go to the er asap.

Head injury, yes: Concussion, NO, unless loss of memory. If symptomatic and having post-traumatic problems, might serve of value to contact regular physician.
