Take it easy.: It's probably ok to run if it doesn't hurt, but it's probably better to take a break for a few days to let your body rest. Even too much exercise can be bad.

Runnings ok: Costochonditis is a disorder related to a type or inflammation of the sternum and rib joint area that is inflammed. This can worsen with certain activities but you are the best judge of that. If running doesnt bother it then run :).

Costrochondritis : Assuming you really just had only costco chondrites it would be safe to run and will not cause any harm provided the running action does not irritate your chest where costrpchondritis discomfort originates from.
