Almost certainly not: Bacterial pneumonia, with the probable lone exception being tuberculosis, is not "contagious". Most bugs which cause pneumonia are carried with us in her mouth, and to a lesser degree, our GI tract. viral lung infections, influenza in particular, can be extraordinarily contagious.
