Seek evaluation: Very well could be suffering the effects of concussive brain injury (look up mild traumatic brain injury). Loss of consciousness is not correlated well with outcomes from these types of brain injury, but was used decades ago as an arbitrary segregation of severity. See a neurological specialist for evaluation.
