my gf is making me go to cbt therapy. should i cut out both from my life?

Insufficient info: Even w alot of detail this'd be hard to answer. However, cbt is unlikely to harm and is reported to be effective, so decide if you'd benefit and make the decisionto go based on that... And whether to breakup independent of that choice. I haven't met many who couldn't have benefitted at least at some point in their life...
