Last coupe of days i have been getting stitch like pain on my right lower tummy on and off what could it be. ?

Is the pain always: On the same side in the groin area, where the leg connects to the torso, on the front side oh the leg, this could be a beginning of an inguinal hernia. Espically if you feel a tender area with a small lump , which may only appear when straining or coughing.
