LLQ pain: Could be ovarian from cysts ( when ovulating you make a cyst) or infection in vagina or fallopian tubes , or may be from colon- stool gas, diverticuli( rare at young age), or from kidney. Would follow up with urgent care doc check urine, check for vaginal discharge may consider sonogram to check ovaries
