Subluxation: Dental subluxation is a trauma to the tooth in which the tooth has increased mobility, but was not displaced. The good news no treatment is necessary in most cases. A flexible splint to stabilize the tooth for 2 weeks is used. Follow up appointment in 4-6 weeks for reevaluation, vitality test and x-rays. Rec. Soft food and good oral hygiene. Good luck.
