Wait and watch: If the teeth are out of alignment it is best to correct the teeth position and use a non rigid splint. Then, wait and get the teeth tested to check the nerves. Sometimes nerve trauma cannot be determined until a few days or weeks out. But, teeth can be replanted and even repositioned after trauma to approximate her natural bite.

Ask another: Ask another pediatric dentist and hope to have it corrected immediately.

Get another opinion: If its affecting her ability to eat you may want to get another opinion from a pediatric dentist? Surgery will probably not be necessary.

See Pedodontist: Traumatized displaced teeth require intervention. Unless bite interferences are corrected, additional problems may occur. Please ask your dentist to refer you to a pediatric dental specialist who is trained to resolve these issues with alacrity.
