I've been constipated lately with lots of stress now there's a discomfort near my right rib. i also feel on a step in the same spot a while back?

Many causes: Pain in that area could be from constipatin, gallbladder disease, or rib strain from injury. Other causes are less likley but possible as well.I recommend having a physical exam performed.
