The gym: You are making the same exercise mistakes that many people do in the gym. The overtraining is fatigue, which will impact the amount of activity you do the rest of the day. You’re not burning a lot of calories, but building heavy muscle tissue. It is not good to overeat, the same rule is applied to overexercise. Moderation is the key.
