BP variances: This is ok. Your BP of 125 systolic is technically prehypertensive but your 109/72 is excellent. Since your heart rate goes up and blood pressure goes down when you are up no longer laying down, you may be actually mildly dehydrated. We diagnose you as clinically hypovolemic if your heart rate jumps 30 beats/min or top number sbp drops more than 20 mmhg when you stand up. Drink water, be happy.
