I had ct scan of pelvis. dont understand why they didn't see anything?

Normal scan perhaps?: A ct scan is an x-ray study that is developed by a computer. There will always be findings. At the very least, they will see all the normal structures of the pelvis. The comment that "they didn't see anything" sounds more like there were no abnormal findings.
