OK, but...: Rbc( red blood cell) and wbc( white blood cell) can be seen in the urine. The significance of their presence, in part, depends on the number. "rare " rbc and "rare wbc"in the urine are most likely not significant, unless you are having symptoms. Alternatively, mhas than 3 to 5 rbc in a urine specimen is significant, and needs explanation. Ibuprofen, when taken in excess, can harm the kidneys.
