Non specific: This urinalysis has non specific findings. Epithelial cells indicate a non sterile sample, rbc or blood in the urine is most commonly associated with infection, other reasons can be menstruation, trauma such as from a catheter insertion or kidney stone. An elevated wbc or white blood cell count is indicative of infection. A urine culture is more definitive to test for infection.
