If a man passed by: You but you felt no pain, have no lesions from a needle and did not see a needle touch you, this might be a case in which the man's appearance or behavior may be causing you to imagine the worst case scenario. This may be especially so - if there was no needle noted. If there is a factual basis for fearing that you were poked with a needle that may have been HIV tainted then seek medical care.
