Heart sounds: I am not sure what you hear while listening to your heart. Usually, it's impossible to hear normal heart tones and even murmurs are extremely hard to hear. Some very harsh/loud murmurs and certain rubs may be heard but without having a doc confirm those, it's impossible to make any sense of what you're hearing.
