Cardiac Electrophysiology 44 years experience
When you exercise: your vessels expand, your cardiac output increases and you release hormones to improve cardiac function. It is not abnormal to feel your pulse more forcefully after exercise as your body readjusts to its resting state. Stay well hydrated as this might help in recovery.
