Back pain: You must give your back a chance to recover. That means no back exercises for 3-6 weeks. At night lie flat in bed without a pillow. Use either heating pad set on low or use ice packs whichever is more comfortable. Ibuprofen for pain also se a physical therapist for back exercises. Good luck!
