See neurologist : Discharge in urine could be mucus , but watch if for any discharger mucous , then consult urologist. Muscle twitching could be due to muscle or nerve disease , or mineral imbalance like calcium or other minerals. Are you having headache, nausea or dizziness sometimes , better to consult a neurologist for investigation and treatment.
