Foul smelling urine could be a sign of UTI, however, urine culture is required to confirm. See your PCP.

Urine odor is mostly related to diet and fluid intake. However, "mucus discharge" from the penis suggests gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Mucus in stool has to be a separate problem: there is no connection between them your urinary tract and rectum. (If you have had sex with men, with both penile and anal exposure, you could have the same STD at both sites. See a doctor.

This certainly could be the sign of a UTI. It at least is likely to be a sign of more concentrated urine. I would increase my fluid intake dramatically and recheck once the urine is less concentrated. Good luck.

Agree with Dr. Siebert. You should drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.

It is obvious you have the signs of an UTI or a STD and even an IBS. What you should do is see an urologist for exam and treatment.
